Congratulations to Fr. Francis Lucas

Congratulations to Fr. Francis Lucas on his appointment as Actg.
Executive Secretary of the Episcopal Commission on Social
Communication and Mass Media (ECSMM).

I join in prayers for his more success in all worthwhile endeavors
being undertaken by him spreading not only the truth and the "Good
News" but also in promoting mutual understanding, cooperation and
attainment of the economic, cultural and social well-being of the
people especially the poor.
