Congratulations

Dear friends, up to the last minute my attorney said that the judge may dismiss my case for possible lack of jurisdiction (because my children have been living in Tx since August 2000), but as we have prayed so fervently for, the New Jersey judge heard the case today! I would like to thank God first of all, and to thank each one of you for the thoughts, prayers, and moral support.

Reliefs I sought:
1. phone contact with children at least every MWF at 7pm - Granted
2. communication be between me and my ex and not with her new husband - Granted
3. email be the form of communication - Granted
4. compel ex to notify me in all medical/school emergencies within 2 hours - Granted
5. order ex to list me in all medical and school documents - Granted

Denied were requests: for sole legal custody (judge said I need testimonies and other proofs), alternate the drop and pick up of children for visitation, splitting summer vacation (I got 1 month). When I move to Tx, which will be (very) soon, I shall have 50-50 custody (alternating week) that is, if ex does not violate the decree as she did the liberal access clause (the violation of which when I was in Texas was the very reason for this court motion today).

Rose Anna's 2 requests:
1. Dismiss my case - Denied
2. Transfer jurisdiction to Texas - Denied

Andrew has not (yet) gotten the justice he deserves. So let's continue to pray for it as I fight the (hopefully) last battle for my children's best interest.

Sincerely and warmest regards,
Mark

PS: You are welcome to my (future) home in Texas. Will keep you posted when and if I get settled there
